Webinar on 'Biodiversity is the Essence of Life' delivered by Dr N Anandakumar, Assistant professor, Dept. of Education, The Gandhigram Rural Institute, Gandhigram, Dindigul organised by Innovation Hub of DSCT on 22 May 2020 to celebrate International Day for Biological Diversity. Shri S M Kumar, DSO, DSCT welcome the gathering and introduced the speaker. 49 Scientists, Research Scholars, Students, NGOs benefited from the lecture in presence of Mr. Marilenin, DSCT , Shrikanth, DSCT and other DSCT staff members.

Model Making Contest @ Home "INDOOR EXPLORER T20"

DSC-T Innovation Hub is organizing a family activity "INDOOR EXPLORER T20" during lockdown period of COVID-19.

STAY SAFE ! STAY CONNECTED !!

Instructions:

·  Contest is only for Innovation Hub members.

·  A team of 2 contestants (1 innovation hub student + 1 family member (parent / grandparent / sibling) have to prepare an innovative model using household products / available items.

· They have to prepare a short Video explaining the model showing the working function, application for a maximum duration of 5 minutes with good quality (MP4 format).

·   The write up should contain the methodology and material used for making a model along with the contestant’s name, grade, name of the institution, name of the family member, grade / occupation, name of the institution / organization, etc. whichever is applicable.

·  Both video and write up should be mailed to xploreinnovatorsdsct@gmail.com. Last date of submission is 30 April 2020.

·    Prizes will be awarded to the best innovative model according to category wise.
