Science Centre Nellai - Idea 2 Innovation: DSCT “Innovation Hub” has been providing a platform for creative thinkers to nurture new ideas and develop inquisitive perspective in youths especially among the students. Innovation Hub was inaugurated on 6th September 2017 at District Science Centre, Tirunelveli by Prof.Krishnan Baskar, Vice Chancellor, Manonmonium Sundaranar University in presence of Shri.K.G.Kumar, Director, VITM, Bangalore, Shri Navaram Kumar, Former DSO, DSC, Tirunelveli. Innovation hub serves as springboards of new ideas and innovation in helping the society and economy to face future challenges and meet rising aspirations of the growing population. Innovation hub provides facilities in various disciplines like Physics, Chemistry, Bio-Science, Electronics, Robotics, etc., in order to promote their innovative and creative activities. Using the facilities, an inquisitive student can convert his/her innovative ideas into products and we will provide catalytic support like providing materials, equipments and guidance.
